Export Data Before the EVAAS Release

When EVAAS reports for the 2024-25 school year are released, some of the data that is currently on the site will no longer be available.

• Current student projections will be removed and replaced with new projections based on the most recent year of assessment data.
• Current Custom Student Reports will be removed.

In addition, district- and school-level users with Teacher Summary access will be able to access available prior year Teacher Reports and Teacher Composites with the 2025 EVAAS release. We still recommend printing these reports for teachers who might request prior-year Teacher Reports from their local administration.

If you would like to save value-added and student projection data that is currently available, you must print or export that data by October 21. EVAAS users are reminded to follow all local data policies when exporting or printing confidential data.
